Puncher 2 Lite is a parallel compressor, multi-band compressor, and a transient shaper. By combining these three types of dynamic processing, Puncher Lite adds clarity and enhances the attack portion of the signal.

Dial-in the right amount of dynamic processing by ear and check the dynamics visually with the built-in waveform display. Puncher 2 Lite shows the amount of gain reduction in real-time, so the user can compare the before and after signal waveforms.
Another useful feature is the built-in preset manager which lets you store custom settings for later use. For example, save unique presets for enhancing bass drums, snares, or drum loops, and use it as the starting point in your future projects.

Puncher Lite is available in VST, VST3, and AU plugin formats for compatible digital audio workstations on PC and Mac. Both 32-bit and 64-bit plugin hosts are supported.

onWarning: This plugin came with a Trojan virus!!! Windows found it in the install file and deleted it. I have written to WA Production about it. Hopefully they will resolve this issue.

onUpdate: Josh at WA Production told me that some anti-virus programs are falsely flagging it as a virus and that the install file does NOT contain any viruses. The problem is due to something on Microsoft’s end. (In my case, as it was Windows Defender that flagged it.) I will wait and try it again later, hopefully after this issue has been resolved.
