99 Sound Effects Is A FREE Sound Library By 99Sounds

99Sounds has released 99 Sound Effects, a free (pay what you want) collection of sound effects in WAV and Kontakt format.

99 Sound Effects is a collection of 99 cinematic sound effects inspired by modern and retro sound design techniques. The library contains a selection of contemporary cinematic sounds for use in trailers, cinematic scores, YouTube videos, and similar video projects. 99 Sound Effects also includes a collection of retro-inspired sounds that use analog synthesizers as the sound source. If you’re a fan of 80s movie scores and TV show themes, you will enjoy this inspiring collection of resonant pads and other nostalgic sound effects.

99Sounds has also launched a completely redesigned website. It is now much easier to navigate the products and the license terms are easily reachable from every product page. As always, all 99Sounds releases are royalty-free for use in any creative project, free or paid.

Bedroom Producers Blog launched 99Sounds as an indie sound design label back in 2014. The website quickly gained popularity among sound designers and other creative artists. 99 Sound Effects is the 33rd release on 99Sounds so far, and here’s hoping that there are many more to come.

99 Sound Effects is available for free download via 99Sounds. The library includes royalty-free sound effects in 24-bit WAV format. An instrument patch for NI Kontakt is also included. It requires the full version of Kontakt (read more about the Kontakt Player demo mode).
