Goldbaby has released MPC60vsMDvsRytm, a free drum sample pack featuring the sounds of the Akai MPC60, Elektron Machinedrum, and Elektron Rytm drum machines.
MPC60vsMDvsRytm is a royalty-free collection of drum machine samples in 24-bit WAV format. The library contains 165 one-shot drum sounds in total. The library doesn’t include any sampler mappings.

After that, the sounds were sampled into the MPC60 and then finally recorded to the computer for trimming and editing. The modern electronic drum sounds generated by Elektron’s drum synths were enhanced by the MPC60 and its signature lo-fi 12-bit sound character. MPC’s subtle gritty tone does wonders to drum samples, making them sound crunchier and more prominent in a mix.
