KVR Audio offers the iZotope RX Elements ($129 value) audio repair suite as a free download until September 30th, 2023. Participants will also get a chance to win a free copy of Native Instruments Komplete 14 Ultimate Collectors Edition.
RX Elements is iZotope’s entry-level software for noise reduction, audio repair, and audio enhancement. It packs several powerful audio repair tools in a single, easy-to-use plugin.
All the complicated audio restoration and clean-up processing happens under the hood. The interface is straightforward and to the point, with five control parameters that handle everything RX Elements has to offer.
Starting from the upper-left corner, you can control the de-essing, de-clicking, de-reverberation, de-noising, and de-clipping. The master knob in the middle of the interface controls the overall intensity of the effect.
You can also select the type of sound source you are feeding into the plugin (Voice, Musical, Percussion, or Sound FX). This makes the plugin apply the most precise type of processing for different types of audio, ranging from music to spoken word and cinematic sound effects.
I often use iZotope RX to tame some of the processing when creating cinematic sounds for my Flame Sound and 99Sounds labels.
iZotope’s audio repair quality is among the best available on the market. You can use iZotope RX Elements to improve the sound of your podcast or enhance your vocal recording to better fit your song.
As discussed on BPB before, mixing the vocal is only one part of the equation, but every good mix starts with a good vocal recording. If you’re using subpar recording equipment, iZotope RX Elements can at least help you get the most out of your setup.
To get your free copy of iZotope RX Elements, visit the KVR Audio page linked below and complete the signup process. You’ll need to log in to your KVR Audio user account (or register if you don’t already have one).
Subscription to KVR Audio’s promotional emails is optional, but I can honestly recommend it as one of the best sources of music software news.
The licenses are issued manually, so be prepared to wait for up to 48 hours before receiving your license key.
It’s also worth noting that everyone who signs up will also get the chance to win a free copy of Native Instruments Komplete 14 Ultimate Collectors Edition.
iZotope RX Elements is available in 64-bit VST2, VST3, AU, and AAZ plugin formats for Windows and macOS.

onI wanted to ask a doubt, I have Ozone 9 elements, and Is the update to ozone 10 elements free or paid?
Kidsonic
onI own RX7 Standard and it’s not M1 compatible but I found recently that the voice based stuff is in elements now including mouth declick etc. So now I can use this in conjunction with RX7 haha.
samuel
ondoes this “override” previous versions in our izotope account?
i have rx8 elements and izotope has recently taken away individual modules in all of their elements versions, right?
ironically, am i better off with my current rx8 elements?
Dirk
onNo I have ozone 9 adv and got ozone 10 standart with a komplete bundle. I can use both (ozone 10 update via native access), Same with Rx 8 elements and RX 10 standart, both working (never tested to use the RX 10 plugs in RX 8 )
alex
onActually, I now regret not getting RX8. I was happy about this one until I saw what they did with it. I found no use of Nectar Elements and uninstalled it. But, I’ll just wait and see…

onI should have checked my email before posting. The license was already there. So, installed and separate modules are still there. It would be nice the editor was still included, but it is what it is. So, this is actually very useful. After reading this article and watching the video I thought the whole thing was the repair assistant plugin only, but luckily, that’s not the case.
