probably worth checking for free if you don’t have anything better, but I’d never buy their stuff. their UI is terrible and having like 800 different file extensions is ridiculously and unnecessarily complex. and even if that weren’t all true, the idea of a “middle man” between my DAW and the VI I want to play is annoying and stupid. no thx.

It’s not a scam, but I would recommend to look at free stuff from IK Multimedia instead (custom shop editions). For me their free stuff sounds better then what NI provides, and you can test any paid plugin for free before you purchase it.
