As far as I understand, this was valid for all users who signed up before the 16th. However, they did mention a 24-hour period during which the points will be assigned to the accounts. So, perhaps you just need to wait a bit more.

Never heard about Neutron Elements being free before. Maybe you did, but you know there are lots of people who missed this deal (like me), not to mention dozens of newcomers to music production. Also 3 month subscription to Producertech is not like other temporary free deals lately – it’s not a program with extended trial-period, it’s an online-courses. So you can just learn anything you want during 3 month for free.
