Update: Josh at WA Production told me that some anti-virus programs are falsely flagging it as a virus and that the install file does NOT contain any viruses. The problem is due to something on Microsoft’s end. (In my case, as it was Windows Defender that flagged it.) I will wait and try it again later, hopefully after this issue has been resolved.
