maybe you should add, that they support Linux as well, it does run on more distributions than just Debain based once. :D Running Bitwig on Fedora 23.

Non-linear loses me. Perhaps for hiphop and EDM this would be great but for a serious audio studio it’s not going to cut the mustard, especially without the conventional global solo/mute functionality. Great review.

Give it a global chord track lie in Cubase, and I’ll leave 10 years of Windows with Cubase behind and switch to Linux (Mint) with Bitwig!

Nice in depth review ! A bit more screenshots would have been perfect (such as a view of the Piano Roll) :P
Bitwig seems indeed a quite a modern DAW, with some nice features.
The touch screen support seems very interesting especially for live performance.
