Bell Empire Freebie Released By Loops De La Crème

Loops de la Crème has released Bell Empire Freebie, a free sound library featuring a set of 51 bell percussion multi-samples for Native Instruments Kontakt 5 and WAV compatible sampler instruments.

The freebie pack contains five NKI instrument patches which were selected from the full version of Bell Empire. If you don’t use Native Instruments Kontakt, you can still download the freebie pack and use the included WAV files in your sampler instrument or digital audio workstation of choice. However, the full version of NI Kontakt is required in order to use the provided instrument patches.

The full version of the pack (currently priced at €39 during the intro offer which ends on March 1st) contains an impressive set of 55 multi-sampled bells with 25 individual instrument patches and 575 samples in total, adding up to 642 MB of audio material. The samples are sorted into ten categories, including acoustic bells, lo-fi bell sounds from toy instruments, bell patches from vintage analogue keyboards, and more. Loops de la Crème has been providing great sounding percussive sample libraries for quite some time now and this latest release of theirs is definitely no exception in terms of quality. The included samples sound absolutely fantastic and the provided NKI patches are really well made, further expanding the sound palette offered by the raw sample content. Apart from the standard bell percussive hits, the library (full version) also contains some interesting pads and sonic textures which would make a worthy addition to any cinematic sound library.

The free version of the pack offers a decent taste of all the goodies which are included in the full version of the library. Even though the freebie pack contains a rather small collection of sounds compared to the full release, it is definitely a recommended download considering the quality of the included free content.
