Another excellent list of freebies. CHOW Tape is also available as a CLAP plugin, though I’m not sure if it takes full advantage of polyphonic modulation. I still need to upgrade my Bitwig license to get CLAP support.

You might want to look at the free Hot Air saturation from Rhythm Research https://rhythmresearch.com/#hot-air – this is the algorithm from the Oxford Inflator but for free ;) There is also a three stage console saturation model VST3 for an affordable price https://rhythmresearch.com/#channel-love

In reply to Tomislav Zlatic. It does have 3 settings : saturate, distort and destroy. I'm no expert but I think all 3 live up to the name and its a pretty polyvalent plug-in with all the right settings.
