In reply to Lily. Before complaining I suggest you understand first what is a sampler and what is a library. And also how specifically the model of kontakt works and is used. As this post is about a free (for limited time) library for the kontakt sampler. This is like a free preset pack for a virtual synth like serum for instance. Obviously serum is not free. That doesn't mean a preset pack or a library, like in this case, being free implies the software it needs to be able to be used has to be free too.

David Hilowitz “Decent Sampler” is a great free Kontact alternative we can all get behind. Long live Decent Sampler!

Btw, there are now over 100 high quality sample libraries available in the “Decent Sampler” file format on the Piano Book website. :-)
