Duplicate the track > insert the noise gate with an eq side-chained to isolate the sibilance > gate the sibilance > flip the polarity > mix as needed (the fader can be automated for more control, if needed, of coarse). Btw, my favorite de-esser is Airwindows DeBess – works better than any other plugin I’ve used. Highly recommended.
