Hooray!!! After a long wait, the amazing Tyrell N6 (aka Tyrell Nexus 6) freeware VST synthesizer by Urs Heckmann is officially released.
Just in time for Musikmesse 2011, we are very proud to present you the first AMAZONA.de synthesizer, TYRELL Nexus 6
TYRELL The N6 is not some additional synth plug-in, but a sound generator, which was jointly developed with readers and, ultimately, programmed by Urs Heckmann (mastermind of U-He).
This is a virtual analog software synthesizer: the sound engine is circuit-modeled and is similar to the u-he “ACE”. The features are those that we may expect from a vintage synthesizer like the Juno series from Roland.
It’s been covered numerous times on bpb, so there’s no need for an introduction here. The official release features everything you’ve seen in the last beta, plus an amazing set of patches contributed by the beta testers.
So without further ado, visit this link and claim your copy of this amazing freeware VST synth.
Thanks U-He and Amazona.de!

onThe Tyrell Nexus 6 was one of the first free softsynths that really sounded analogue organic. I hope some day version 4 will come.
