Woot! Camel Audio have released v1.20 of Alchemy Player, a lite version of Alchemy, and have made it FREE for everyone!
We’re really pleased to announce the official release of Alchemy Player 1.20, and the fact its now completely FREE for everyone! This is a major update to Alchemy Player featuring SFZ loading, 64-bit and Pro Tools RTAS support plus lots more. It includes 1GB samples and 200 instrument sounds.
Alchemy Player features the same advanced sample manipulation engine as its big brother, with additive, spectral, granular, sampling and VA synthesis for totally unique sounds, and is easily controlled via a simple and compact interface. This provides sixteen performance controls for real-time tweaking and automation, which have unique functions for each preset carefully chosen by the sound designer; so each preset is like a small synth in its own right.
Alchemy Player includes many great presets from Alchemy, and is also very tweakable! A generous freebie by Camel Audio.

onsorry, i don’t know.
I’ve done some checking and it is the same version as on the Computer Music coverdisc, except the Computer Music version comes with 50 more presets.
