I confirm it is not currently working but I get a different message:

“We’re sorry, but something went wrong.
We’ve been notified about this issue and we’ll take a look at it shortly.”

As of writing (22nd of Jan.), the coupon doesn’t work anymore. PB returns “This coupon code is not available anymore or not applicable for your order. Please provide another one.”

It looks like Plugin Boutique also has an upgrade from the currently free light version to the full version for just US$20 right now. I will definitely check this out.

Nice one! I really liked Lifeline Console when I demoed it. If this lite version is half as useful as the full version it will for sure be used in many projects going forwards.
