Out of curiosity, I redownloaded. The CRC32 of all the DLLs and VST3s and CLAPs match, and I had the presets. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

The preset browser (a simple drop-down menu) can be reached by clicking the number between the arrows at the top, near the preset name.
