T6 was a good single page DAW but it has glitch noise on the audio output – I couldn’t use it. Sonar is the one I’m currently working with and it’s a beast. Now I’d like to see what T7 can do as I’m always open for options.

I’ve tried Traktion 5; left it and gone to Sonar, the better in my opinion, at least until now.

What an incredible time we are living in..!

Now if any one can not make make good music, there is only one thing to blame: the person himself/herself.

There are very high quality, pro grade freeware tools are now available to make good music. Even affordable hardware synthesizers are now available for those who are on low budget such as Korg Volca series, korg minilogue, roland boutique series, behri ger emulations of old vintage classics.

Simple, amazing and affordable quality!

And question of freeware DAWs?

IMHO, now, there is no reason to go for limited, crippled down versons of DAWs when we have *free* Sonar Platinum and Traction T7.

Just use these, make yourself comfortable with music production till you feel you can afford a graduation to the highest verson of other preferred new DAW.

In this journey, BPB has always been very helpful to bring us fresh freewares and many more things.
