Native Instruments has announced that the Analog Dreams sound library for Kontakt 6 and Kontakt Player is available for free download until March 31st, 2020.
Analog Dreams is a collection of sampled sounds from various vintage synthesizers manufactured in the 70s and 80s. The library features 100 individual presets based on over 3 GB of multi-sampled audio. Analog Dreams is compatible with Kontakt 6 and the freeware Kontakt Player plugin. You don’t need the full version of Native Instruments Kontakt to play these sounds.

The included patches are processed to perfection, with all the filters, modulation, and effects necessary for achieving a fat analog sound. The instrument sounds absolutely fantastic, with the majority of presets managing to deliver a modern production polish blended with a retro vibe. That said, the user still has the ability to tweak the presets to an extent.
Much like the rest of the Play Series product lineup from Native Instruments, the Analog Dreams instrument features a streamlined user interface. Each preset offers a slightly different set of control parameters that can be accessed. In most cases, the user can adjust the envelope, the filter cutoff, and the FX levels. It is also possible to blend two individual presets as layers for a fatter sound.
Analog Dreams is normally priced at $50 but Native Instruments are offering it for free to help musicians who are staying home during the COVID-19 epidemic. You can download the library completely free of charge from the Native Instruments’ website until March 31st, 2020. A valid email address is required to register your Native Instruments user account and activate the software. You will also need to download and install the Native Access license manager to install your Native Instruments software.
While you’re checking out Analog Dreams, why not download the entire Komplete Start suite for free? It’s a great starter kit for music producers on a budget.

onI thought Analog Dreams was always a part of Complete Start from the beginning. Or was it just limited version?
