The developer of Sitala is always open to user suggestions and feature requests (see KVR threads). In fact, he has incorporated many features. The current version is top-notch and I guess continually we’ll see new features being added. Poise was great, but One Small Clue (the developer) has made an anouncement a year ago that he is withdrawning from audio development to focus on his family affairs.

Well, Sitala is freeware. In terms of workflow speed, I’d say they’re both equally good. Poise is more advanced though. It offers round-robin and sample layering, among other features not found in Sitala.
