It's hard to use these in my keyboard sampler because there are no flats or sharps in the sample sets.

Unfortunately, this is a limitation of Kontakt Player.

My advice is to download Zampler or One Small Clue’s Grace and use those plugins to load the SFZ files provided in BPB Mini Analogue Collection.
